All I can say is WOWZERS! I am just completely blown away by all of this. I've got to tell you, my cravings and mood have COMPLETELY improved, and I was just literally remarking to my husband how strange it feels not wanting all my comfort foods. And not wanting them even just out of habit or boredom for that matter. My three "gotta have it" foods are pepsi, ice cream, and pizza...and I'm really not feeling a huge pull toward any of those.
And I'm totally feeling so much comfort and acceptance toward my body right now...very strange...but I know why it feels strange...the TAPPING is working!!!!!!! Normally when I stand in front of the mirror before I leave to see clients, I dread how I look and get so sad about this 'bulge" or that "roll" -- and I just didn't feel that way the past two days when looking in the mirror. Is it normal to see/feel such changes already?
I'm so giddy - you'll have to excuse my enthusiasm...but I was just at my wit's end with my weight/emotions. So the fact that this is all connecting and I'm seeing the difference in how I feel and what I'm not pulled towards (food wise) is just wild.
